The Skin Nerd, the award-winning blog and skincare resource created by Jennifer Rock is the stuff of legend in the skin care game. She has her own skincare range called Skingredients and her Cleanse Off Mitt has become a staple in bathrooms across Ireland.
In this week's episode Jennifer gets real about the lack of regulation in the industry, the benefits of retinol, why she hates water wipes and she definitively answers that age old question that has blighted people for generations: Should you take your make-up off before you go to bed? For years, Vicki Notaro was living the dream, interviewing celebrities and going on press trips, all leading up to her landing her perfect job as editor of Stellar Magazine. But, even a dream job can become boring and that's what happened for Vicki so she left to write her first book Reality Check. She told us about making that jump, and how she's trying not to lose her identity in her job again.
She also opened up about her child free lifestyle and the judgement she and her husband face for their decision to be a DINK couple (double income, no kids).

What's your stress language? Like love languages, we all have different ways of coping with stress and Niamh and Nessa try to work out which one applies best to them.

Niamh's house hunting journey might finally be coming to an end! But the stress and excitement of it all, combined with holiday prep has her feeling overwhelmed, and leaves her irritable to say the least. Thankfully, she's distracted by her dream hen party featuring the one and only Johnny Sexton.
Nessa has also made a big purchase this week after paying off her dream wedding dress - But, now that the summer has arrived and reminded her just how sweaty you can get, she's considering some drastic measures to avoid any perspiration on her big day. She also makes a big reveal about some cosmetic news.

In 2020, while 37 weeks pregnant Aoibhe Devlin was exposed to such horrific trolling it forced her to take a break from social media. The trolls knew things only a close friend or family member could have known, and Aoibhe's trust in her close circle was shattered. She told Niamh and Nessa about taking a page out of Coleen Rooney's book and doing her own "Wagatha Christie" style investigation and the surprise she got when she unmasked one troll.
Aoibhe decided not to let the trolls win and returned to posting on social media after a short break, but her self belief was hugely impacted. She's worked on herself since then to rebuild her confidence and is now focusing her energy on being a single mom to her two kids.

Business woman and yoga instructor, Maura Rath (a.k.a Yoga With Maura) joined Niamh and Nessa for a chat all about getting started in yoga and the importance of finding the right teacher for you and the right practice. She even convinces Nessa to come along to her next class and give it a try.
Maura also opened up about the pressure she felt to start a family after getting married, her decision to freeze her eggs and the differing reactions she received from her doctors and nurses, her family, and her followers online. And after a recent stint on The Apprentice Maura revealed what Lord Sugar is really like behind the scenes and explained why she decided to go on the show even though she never watched it!
