    Hello! I am Marcell. I am an Online Fitness Coach and Host of the podcast 'YOUNGER'.

    My guest today has a background of studying and shows continuous willpower for learning and continue learning. He achived to complete a doctorate in Business Administration, focused on 'leadership'.

    He found a self-help book 8 years ago and started the journey for a better life to move more and get more productive. In 2012, he started to be on a path to a meaningful 'YOUNGER' life and he never had a 'thought' of quitting, not for a second. I really admire his determination.

    Most people really forget to appreciate on doing little steps to start with first and want results in the least amount of time possible, when it comes to making the right decisions in food choices and exercise routine.

    I can teach you how to live a better life. Life has given me the chance to get familiar with facing difficulties at a young age. It's no easy to talk about it. 

    Though I broke through these chains. I lost myself in the process of learning/applying new methods, started eating in a senseful way and got back on my feet, again. After applying the researched-topics related to 'Health and Wellbeing' I feel way better than before. 

    Remember it's NEVER TOO LATE TO GET IT BACK.
