Do you find yourself staying up late bingeing on TV shows (like Squid Game), mindlessly scrolling through social media and navigating your day uninspired and aimless? If yes, there is a name for that blah you are feeling: it’s called languishing. According to mental health experts, languishing is the neglected middle child of mental health that dulls your motivation and focus – and sadly it is a dominant emotion of 2021.

But the good news is my guest today is a thought leader in the mental health space and in today’s episode, he is going to help you overcome languishing along with the other siblings of mental health like anxiety, depression and suicide.

Fantastic podcast channel!

I'm a big fan of the #Highlysoughtafter series! All the episodes have taught me new insights about social media and how you build your skills and brand. More people who wish to be part of the gig economy should listen to this. I listen to podcasts a lot when I drive and this is one of the rare channels I have gained insights from every episode. Perhaps it's because it's in a localized context and very relevant to what I do. Eric also asks very relevant questions that will benefit the audience and he managed to suss out the essence of each guests secret sauce. Great job Eric to contribute to the industry in such an awesome manner!
