guided meditation for when you are feeling unsafe
Welcome to the first analysis paralysis meditation episode! This 30 minute meditation can help to calm down the body and mind in times you may feel unsafe, whether it is because of PTSD, trauma, anxiety, or difficult urges. Includes nadi shodhana, which is a pranayama (breathwork) exercise from yoga practices, as well as a self-holding technique which was created by Peter Levine. Soft rain and singing bowls in the background help you to relax and be at peace :)
As a disclaimer, this meditation is not meant to be a substitute for professional help; it is simply one tool that you can use. Always seek professional help if you are struggling with your mental health. You deserve to get better!
