We've discussed the food & training portions of this program. God takes us through these portions as our own personal trainer, but with any workout, or anything that we do that can sometimes be difficult to do or stay consistent with, this program can be easier with a "workout partner" or a "class". Such as a fellowship or congregation of the church. This aspect of our journeys are important and we look at the reasons why. This is part one of a two part study.
