    Century 21 Real Estate Agent Tampa FL- Why I Chose C21 List With Beggins

    Working as a real estate agent for a few years I have worked with a few different brokerages, with all different split structures. This isn't a video topic to cover splits as that really isn't any issue for the client and not something they need to worry about. As a client, buying or selling, you need to look at your agents brokerage to see what tools and systems are in place to help you. All brokers have different technology and backend tools to help the agent better serve their clients, some just have more than others. While you do choose your agent, you are always represented by the brokerage itself, then if a deal does go through the broker is agreeing to pay their agent based on their prior agreed rate. I have worked at a small brokerage to on a team but what lead me to C21 Beggins was #1 the training. I haven't encountered such training from in person to online. They have been around for so long so their knowledge about different things about the business that I haven't encountered yet is a powerful thing to have for support. If you are looking for a real estate company here in the Tampa, FL area to help you they have offices on the beached of Pinellas, South Tampa, Sarasota and into Brandon and Apollo Beach so you are covered! The tools in place when helping someone sell their property is unlike any other place. They teach us to help clients with value and not so much about what is in it for you. When selling your home you have to remember two very important things that you don't choose an agent based on commission or price alone. Commission can always be negotiated but if that is your main reason for hiring someone is that they are offering a 1% listing fee I really hope you look into the tools they have in place to help you sell your home. Price is NEVER determined by the listing agent, unless they are going to end up buying the home directly. The price can be suggested by an agent but should be done so by showing the home owners the comps in the area and helping them come to a decision based on condition and time frame. The BUYER determines the price, as it is the price they are willing to pay for your home. If that price doesn't work for your needs and you don't have to sell, then keep it as a rental.     We Buy Houses: Real Estate Agent (Realtor) vs Cash Investor

    I am sure you have seen the "We Buy Houses" signs all over the Tampa area. First these are not scams, they will buy homes at a discount. Most of the people or companies behind these signs are NOT licensed so they can't help you sell real estate but can buy your home, no agents need to be involved but please remember they are not held to any state regulations as a licensed real estate agents are.  Licensed agents are held to rules and regulations while real estate investors aren't so most see a real estate license as a burden.  With that being said there are bad real estate agents and investors, just like there are great agents and investors so never settle for someone who makes you uncomfortable.  The problem is that most home owners get stuck with a "wholesaler" in the middle.  A wholesaler isn't licensed (most of the time) so they can't sell your home to an investor, all they can sell is the contract to buy the home.  It gets very confusing for a home owner and it isn't a bad thing if they have an investor who will actually buy the home.  The issue is they put your home under a 10-15 inspection period to find that cash buyer, what happens if they don't find one?  Most of the time they can't purchase this home, so you just wasted precious time.  So it might not be worth it to work with that person, that will be your decision but just understand what is going on. If you just contact me instead to represent you, I will not list your home but instead connect you with all the cash investors to see what is the best deal for your situation. P.S.
