    Thanks for listening to this casual car chat about my fitness journey, what got me into bodybuilding recently, and learning to follow what just feels right and makes you happy when picking a training style. 
    This is more of a laid back story telling episode today of where I started working out, and everything all along the journey, with a 20 minute feature at the end talking about doing bodybuilding shows for the right reason. And also I talk about the importance of finding a coach specific to bodybuilding, and other fun bits I'm excited about regarding bodybuilding (WOOO) These are the kinds of episodes I love having on in the background while I'm driving by myself, and just wanna have a lil bit of company/noise in the background.
