    Your Fitness Story Ep. 6 Harry Cintineo

    Hey Everyone, this weeks episode is coming out a little late. After a long weekend at the lake I finally was able to get this thing put together. Unfortunately the primary audio track on my end got messed up so I had to go with the backup audio recording from skype that sounds like I recorded on a potato. Oh well, we're making it work! Episode 6 features an old friend from back in Northern New Jersey, Harry Cintineo. Harry currently works as a PHD student in exersize science and physiology at the University of South Carolina. Harry started his formal education at Fairfield University and graduated with a bachelor's in molecular science. He also attended Canisus college where he acquired an MS in Health & Human performance and an additional MS in applied nutrition. Harry is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. In 2017 Harry started his PHD at Rutgers and followed his advisor to U of SC when he took a new job. Harry clearly is a well educated individual when it comes to strength, fitness, exercise and health. He shares many of his personal experiences and opinions on ways people can get started and stick with their fitness goals. Kyle is a Doctor of physical therapy and went to OSU for his undergraduate and OU for his graduate degree. He graduated in 2015 and soon after moved to the great state of Hawaii. He's been married to his wife Jenn for 9 years and has two girls. In this episode we talk fitness and health, family life, work and entrepreneurial life, some of the challenges we face, and how we tackle them.
