Winter Solstice, the still point when the natural world sinks into quiet hibernation and deep rest. Today’s Embodied Meditation honors this time with our annual practice of slow, calming movement, following the energy down and in, and finishing with a candle-gazing meditation to tune into the ancient ritual of tending a gentle light during this darkest time of year.
