Dr. Daryl L. Jones owns and operates his own consulting firm, specializing in Organizational Development, DE&I, & Culture. After managing businesses in the automotive and consumer packaged goods industries, Dr. Jones was recruited by Nike to help lead the global sports company’s initial launch of products into the golf industry. Ultimately, his executive tenure at Nike spanned 20 years, including roles as Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Head of Global Sales for the 2016 Rio Olympics, and VP/GM of Nike’s largest region globally with over $2.3B in annual revenue.

Dr. Jones is co-founder and co-host of the popular show, The Conscious Vibe, along with Charles Mitchell, where the pair interview some of today’s most interesting people to elevate intellect through conscious dialogue. The show has gained popularity for having multifaceted conversations around race, politics, business, and culture, to benefit the greater good.
