    [Starter] Set up on an Apple TV

    This is a very short podcast about setting up Apple Fitness + on an Apple TV. The process is slightly different than that of an iPhone and iPad. The software update menu item is under Settings -> System -> Software Update. If you don't already have the Fitness app installed on your Apple TV, then you will have to go into the App Store and search for the app and install it. Then, if you haven't already activated the trial on your iPhone or iPad, you can do so within the Apple TV app. Using the TV app is a great experience for working out in your living room.

    [Starter] Set up on an iPad

    This is a very short podcast about activating Apple Fitness + on your iPad. Setting up Apple Fitness + on your iPhone and iPad are very similar. You first have to make sure that your iPad is up to date on the latest iOS operating system. To do that click on Settings -> General -> Software Update. Once your iPad is up to date you're ready to go with Apple Fitness +. Just open the fitness app and activate the free trial.

    This is a very short podcast about setting up your iPhone for Apple Fitness +. While I touch on updating your operating system, it's best to make sure you have the latest Apple iOS installed on your phone by going to Settings -> General -> Software Update. After you are upgraded to the latest operating system it's just a matter of opening up the Fitness app and activating the free trial.
