The optimal treatment of high-grade well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors has not been well-described, as they have only in recent years been identified as distinct from neuroendocrine carcinomas. The panelists discuss the most up-to-date information on diagnosis and management of gastroenteropancreatic high-grade well differentiated neuroendocrine tumors.
