    Hi Everyone, welcome to the ‘Telephone Selling with Integrity’ Podcast “Saying and doing the right thing on the phone even when nobody else is listening” This podcast is for people who lead Telesales, Inside Sales and Customer Service Call Handling Teams. Basically, it’s for any leader that wants their teams to sell with integrity over the phone. I’m your host Gary Morgan – I am an International Sales Trainer and Coach. I have over 30 years’ experience in Sales and Leading Sales Teams. Over the years I have taken hundreds of sales professionals and sales teams from average to outstanding. Telephone Selling, Cold Calling and the like has a bad reputation. People often tell stories of phone calls they’ve received from pushy salespeople, salespeople not listening, salespeople not knowing enough about the product or service they are selling. Salespeople who are reading verbatim off a script regardless of what the prospect says to them, they are on autopilot. Not only do I want to change the way telephone selling is perceived, I want to raise the standards and I think it’s crucial for people to sell in a different way. We need to sell in a way that gives the client what they want.
