Todays episode is was inspired by the forced time I had to rest while having COVID. The week that I was down for the count God was really speaking to me about the importance of how I rest… the way I rest with him and the way I rest so I can show up to life as my best self to shine his light and love to others. We will be talking about hustle culture, busyness, and the importance of rest! 

Time to jump back into our continued conversation from last week on all things marriage from the marriage experts themselves… MY PARENTS! 42 years of happy and healthy marriage later, they’ve learned and grown so much individually and together and are sharing some awesome wisdom into how that’s happened.
