這個禮拜的來賓Andrew Hall 跟上個禮拜的來賓Kara 有很多的共同點。他們都在做供應鍊管理這一行，但是 Andrew 後來決定追尋自己的夢想開了一間自己的公司, Paka Electric 設計一款專門為美國市場所開發的電動摩托車 Trusty Trucker。但是這一種摩托車不是大家想像的那種摩托車喔！應該比較像是可以上山下海，然後載很重的東西的那一種的重型運輸用的版本。Andrew之所以設計這個產品，因為他覺得美國的市場這類的產品缺乏這一種電動的技術。他一步一步的朝著自己的夢想去打拼，好令人佩服啊！ 雖然說這款電動摩托車可能不會在台灣市場上銷售，但是如果有興趣的朋友也可以直接聯絡喔。其實我可以想像如果在台灣的話可以把它當成一種休閒用的重機電動腳踏車！應該去露營的時候會很實用又好玩吧？
Our guest this week shares a few things in common with Kara from last week’s show. Andrew and Kara are both winners of Dragon Chamber of Taiwan, and they both have very strong ties to the supply chain management industry.
Andrew Hall from Paka Electric actually first came to Taiwan because he was hired by a supply chain company to work for a famous Taiwanese bike company. Once got here, he stayed! And even got to pursue his dream of starting his own company. Paka Electric is offering the only off-road motorbike in the market today with a dedicated cargo system that supports off-road, outback lifestyle for the US market. Yet Andrew has opted to live and operate his business right here in Taiwan where all their motorbikes will be manufactured.
