Hi, I'm Clare, the voice behind all the sleepifying audios here at Sleep Like a Log. I started this podcast to help people reduce their sleep and nighttime anxiety. As a counsellor and hypnotherapist, I've worked with many people with anxiety caused by loss, stress, trauma and well, life! I also understand first-hand how anxiety can affect sleep.
