The 1 Year 1 Fear podcast is all about embracing fear. In each episode, host Cara Flynn will interview an amazing person who has embraced life one fear at a time. The guest will bring to the conversation one fear that they overcame by simply embracing the challenge. Check each episode description to see what fear the guest will be talking about before you jump into the free-form, long-form conversation.
Cara Flynn is an Iowa native, entrepreneur, and has a family and three dogs. She is energetic and enthusiastic and loves to learn about the world and people. She embarked on this journey to embrace fear 8 years ago and hasn't looked back since. Now, she wants to share the stories of other people who have embraced fear and come out the other side stronger, happier, and more grounded.

Additionally, Dani will tell the story of her husband's battle with alcoholism and trauma, and how it all culminated in a terrifying time in sickness, in hospitals, and in healing.
