I literally get giddy every time I flash my card to the bouncer and walk in the club. On today's podcast, Let's shop Costco and pick out the top 10 or so most healthy food items at the warehouse club. I'm talking grass-fed beef, collagen peptides, grass-fed cheese, sprouted bread, and more! Plus, I'm buying food items that have a long shelf life, so don't worry if you have a small family, this stuff won't go bad quickly.
