Is Running Bad for Your Knees?

The BibRave Podcast

This week we bring you Episode 110 of The BibRave Podcast, an interview Dr. Zack McCormick on sports injury, sponsored by Gatorade Endurance. Zack is a long-time friend of the BibRave crew and has spent time specializing in Orthopaedic Surgery, sports medicine, and currently is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Spine Research Director at the University of Utah.

We spend our time talking about what leads to sports injuries and how runners should approach pain and injuries during training. Zack spends some time talking through Jessica’s recent experiences with knee pain (her knee niggle), and what runners can do to prevent injuries during training.
