Dolly Klock, MD is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician, founder of Adolessons, speaker, consultant and mom of two teens. Dr. Klock holds a BS from UCLA, an MD from Albany Medical College, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Brown University-Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island. Through Adolessons, Dr. Klock provides individual and group consultations for parents, teens and tweens, around a variety of topics germane to child and adolescent health: childhood sexual development, puberty, teen sexuality in the digital age, body image, mental health, vaping/substance use, and more. Sandy Jones, RDH is a Sales Representative with Midway Dental Supply in the Chicagoland Area as well as the MDIB Community!  She has been a member of the dental team since age 16.  She started her dental career as a dental assistant, then attended Dental Hygiene school and practiced for 21 years before transitioning to dental distribution sales.  Sandy is passionate about dentistry and building relationships with her clients.

Dr. Melissa Seibert is the creator and host of the Dental Digest Podcast and CEO of Dental Digest LLC. In 2020 her podcast was awarded “Most Educational Podcast in General Dentistry” and it reaches a global audience of thousands of dentists. She is a dentist proudly practicing in the United States Air Force. She received her Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry at the University of Louisville. Prior to that she received her Bachelors in Science and commission as an Officer in the United States Air Force from the U.S. Air Force Academy where she graduated in the top of her class. Dr. Seibert is a graduate of the United States Air Force’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD). She is well trained in disciplines and procedures such as IV sedation, complex third molar exodontia, digital dentistry workflow, limited orthodontics, biomimetic dentistry, periodontal surgeries (such as crown lengthening, flap osseous, guided tissue regeneration) and esthetic dentistry. She is presently a resident dentist in the Air Force’s highly competitive two-year AEGD.

Dr. Heather Zak-Ramsay grew up in Dover, De. She earned her BS degree at the College of Charleston in South Carolina in 1996 and her DMD degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2001. She then completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia. For the last 18 years, she has been the owner of a general dental practice in Suffolk, Virginia. Dr. Zak-Ramsay is married to Jamie Ramsay, DMD and together they have three beautiful boys.

Vicki Thomas is a co-founder, owner and the president of She Designs Dental Studio. She has 27 Years of Dental Laboratory Experience and is currently pursuing her AACD certification and her CDT certification in Ceramics. Carolynn Capps is co-founder, owner and ceo of She Designs Dental Studio. She has 28 Years of dental laboratory experience. She is a Certified Dental Technician (CDT) in Ceramics and has a Master's of Business Administration. The two proudly boast over 25 years of dental laboratory ownership.

Dr. Cindy Hylton graduated with a psychology degree from Radford University and herDMD from Medical University of South Carolina. She bought a private dental practice immediately after graduation and is still practicing in same town, but now in her own building as of 2006. She resides and practices in Summerville, SC. Dr. Cindy Hylton has been married for 27 years and has 2 children, 1 dog and 2 cats. She loves animals and volunteers at local animal shelter.

She has Celiac Disease and has spoken at conferences concerning this and dentistry.
She has the BRCA2 gene mutation and had prophylactic surgeries in 2015 and 2016 and is an advocate for genetic testing.
She started E2M in 2020 and we now have almost 150 MDIBs (including Dr. Grace Yum). She thinks she was the first MDIB!
She loves to read.
She misses the mountains (grew up in mountains of Virginia) and want to move back when she retires.
