She specializes in women's health and hormone health, as well as working with kids and families. Amanda has an excellent balance between work and life and is passionate about helping others find the same. She learned how to find fulfillment in her work and personal life as a gym owner, trainer, or nutrition coach through this podcast. The three main points to focus on are determining what you want, setting boundaries and using positive affirmations to help you stay fulfilled. To help set boundaries, create a 24-hour rule when responding to clients and be sure to communicate it from day one. Additionally, set up ways for yourself to stay on track, and don’t forget to take time for yourself. Finally, make sure to speak positively to yourself and have confidence in what you bring to the table.
