Love the diversity of guests Erika has on the show to give some many different perspectives on the topic of burnout. She asks interesting questions to get to the deepest meaning from each expert. She is very knowledgable on the topic and presents it is a fun way.
Exceptional, Real, and Relatable Podcast!

Been meaning to write this review for a while because I LOVE this podcast so much!! It was such a relief to find it when I did! I was exhausted and confused about why my energy was crashing and why I was struggling to find my way in this career this I had invested so much time, love and money to get into! I could state that I was burnt out, but I didn’t really know what that meant, or how normal it was, or how to deal with it. I had so much guilt around feeling this way! This podcast explains what burn out actually is and gives you evidence-based information and tools to understand why you’re feeling that way and what might need to change (internally and externally) to overcome it and become lit up again! The authors are completely honest and transparent about their own struggles too, and this helps to remind you that you’re not alone. The speakers that they bring on are knowledgeable, compassionate practitioners and educators who provide incredible insight into burn out and strategies to overcome it! I also LOVE that there’s always a little humor in the show! It helps take the edge off of an issue that can feel dark and sad and it brightens my day when I’m experiencing a low moment in my own burn out journey. I’ve been listening for a long time and will continue to listen as long as the show is around!!
