In her role, she has operational and frontline responsibilities and manages several large-scale teams. Her professional career in development and alumni relations spans over twenty-nine years, twenty-four of which have been spent in her current organization.
In 2022, Boi started a personal endeavor, Inquisitive Leader, a community inspired by her conversations with bright, enthusiastic, talented professionals.
