    • Health & Fitness

💭“Current evidence shows that 65% of running-related injuries are due to poor programming and poor training, so that means that 45% of the injuries are only related to actually a true weakness or true tightness.” - Chris Wolfe

👉🏻 Our guest is Chris Wolfe PT, Cert MDT, OCS.   Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Freed-Hardeman University in 2004 and went on to complete his Masters in Physical Therapy at the Medical College of Georgia in December of 2006. Chris currently owns and runs his private practice in order to provide a niche clinical environment and customized treatment options in a one-on-one setting.  He also serves as a guest lecturer and an adjunct professor in the Physical Therapy Department at Belmont University where he teaches in orthopedics and assists with clinical research projects. Chris has also pursued advanced training in treating the running athlete and multi-sport triathlete.  He shares the same passion as many of his patients and clients.
