How often do you hear the phrase "food is fuel" and "nourish your body"? We hear this all the time, but usually, this excludes emotional fuel or emotional nourishment.  

Meeting the needs of our body is not just about physical survival. We also need to meet the emotional needs ourselves as well. Eating can be part of a healthful, helpful toolbox of coping skills for you on your journey.

In today's episode, I'll share all about how emotional eating has such a negative connotation. You'll leave with some ideas for adding more coping tools, including putting eating back into your toolbox!
