I recently connected with Erin on social media, and I instantly fell in love with not only her enjoyable sense of humor, but her message surrounding homesteading, and why it’s something that is totally attainable for everyone. While Erin is a born and raised city girl, she always envisioned a life like she has now. She feels deeply connected to the land she calls home, and is truly embracing her role as (what she refers to herself) a ‘crappy homesteader’.
