Where the Healing Resides: Past Trauma
Content Warning! How do we begin to heal from trauma when it isn't openly discussed culturally and we are left to deal with the ramifications by ourselves. We dig deep and share our journeys of healing. There are a lot of tears we shed here but not because of the pain that trauma has caused. These are victory tears as we discuss that trauma doesn't define who we are, rather who we can become.
