Anatomyth explores these stories and their potential grain of medical truth, trying to find a correlation between the stories from our past and what we know about the human body today.

10: In the Dead of Night
In this episode, I revisit nightmare creatures, particularly those that are native to Southeast Asia. Then, join me as I explore a syndrome called SUNDS (Sudden Unexplained Nocturnal Death Syndrome), its history,, and what we know about it so far.

Garlic is best known for its protective properties against vampires, but in this episode, I talk about the protection it affords against other creatures of folklore, the healing properties ascribed to it through out history, and the health benefits hat have been proven by research. I also theorise a little bit about why vampires don't like garlic.

In this month's episode, I talk about a town that lost all its children as a result of not paying a freelance tradesman, and also their own negligence. I explore theories on the real life events behind the Pied Piper tale, and go over the process of hearing in an attempt to discover why children can hear pitches of sound that adults can't.

6: Now Pull
Two stories of snaring the sun: one to keep it in the sky for longer, and the other to prevent it from rising. In both cases, the snare was made of hair, and I explore the uses of hair in the fields of construction, performance art, and medicine.
Today's ad is for RadiThor: an 'energy drink' containing radium, which was sold until the late 1920's.
