    Showing up everyday is good and to be honest is better than most, but you can’t be who you want to be by just showing up. You have to do the things that help you get better, be around pp not just saying get better but can help or show you how to get better It’s great to be around ppl like you, ppl that want you to get better do more etc…: but if they can’t help you, stop going to them, it becomes counter productive and creates a sense of comfort… #ThinkAboutIt #Winsday

    So often we fall into all these things bc ppl around us want us to assimilate; but whether it be work or life, assimilation many times reduces who you are and if you are going to be the best version of yourself you have to be focused, you have to be disciplined, you have to prioritize things that matter vs things ppl want you to do; and yes at times those two can align.

    Comfort Zones & Comparisons

    #Winsday. Yes, you have to perform in your current role, but there are 168 hours in a week- you need to set time aside each week to develop those specific skills. This is going to push you out of your comfort zone, this is going to make you appreciate the process, this is going to crush your need for immediate gratification…. But this will also be the reason you, your family, and teams will be better versions of themselves. Only you know if you are pushing yourself or staying in your comfort zone, only you know if you are working on the skills to be the best version of you(and maybe those watching).
