I have been listening to this podcast for several years. Carolyn is so relatable. Her soothing voice makes one feel very comfortable. Very informative and interesting topics. Hope to continue to listen for many more years!

I enjoyed walking with this podcast for two full episodes today on this gorgeous Fall day. I was very motivated by listening to carolyn encourage us to keep moving and explain all the benefits why to do so. i began walking 05 Mar 2020. I have lost 60 lbs, feel great snd have kept it off since 2022. Truly brings me alot of enjoyment and peace and allows me to walk my farm and enjoy nature. Thank you, Carolyn!

I find this podcast extremely motivating for making small changes to optimize my health, which is the main theme of the podcast. Coach Carolyn has simple and easy to follow suggestions and presents a wealth of information to help us make informed decisions about lifestyle changes, including walking but also other healthy habits. She is around my same age and understands the challenges of mid life. I also find her voice very pleasant to listen to!
