The Treppwire hosts have the Midas touch juggling CRE data stuff from DSCR to cap rates! So much to learn from these guys, the way they can break down how a building’s shadow can throw analysts into a fit is like magic. Seriously, I’m a weekly listener for sure! Congrats on 1,000,000!

This is the one podcast that I have listened to consistently for the past three or four years. Until recently, I always looked forward to Thursday night and Friday morning when the new podcast came out, but since they changed out Manus Clancy on this podcast and replaced him with Stephen Bushbom. Since that time this podcast has gone downhill and is now circling the drain in my view. I’m done with it, I’m done with his stupid sophomoric jokes and I’m done with all the acronyms introduced without explanation

These peoples don’t mess around. Don’t worry about being “too negative.” Calls it like it is.
Wow! Just wow!
