The Calm Mom Podcast has seriously been transformational for me. In just a couple of months, I’ve picked up so many little tips and -isms that help me show up better for myself and my family. Her content on the nervous system has been so so helpful and I’m actually feeling so much calmer in my life and motherhood. Every episode feels like Michelle is speaking right to me, and honestly, she’s been as impactful as my therapist. I’m totally hooked and never miss an episode.

Thank you for this! My son was diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, and anxiety in the past year. I’m constantly on guard for him and having anxieties that he’s going to lose it so listening to your podcasts helps me have some “me” time as well as learn how to regulate and keep on top of myself so I can be a better mom for him. 🤍
