This is the best mindfulness podcast out there. The guided meditations are fantastic and I love the format of a brief podcast/discussion followed by a guided meditation. Keep up the great work!

As a middle school student, I was not expecting to stumble across a meditation podcast. But I did, and I am much better off because of it. It is one of the best things to have ever happened to me. It is so relaxing, and whenever I am feeling stressed about my schoolwork, I can listen to an episode and it will almost immediately calm me down. All I can say is thank you.

I recently completed an 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction class, and this podcast is helping me practice and expand on what I learned. I would recommend this podcast to anyone challenged by stress in their lives. Very appreciative of Jude for his kindness and insight!

The format is very practical and helpful. The first part includes useful advice to manage stress which is followed by a wonderful guided meditation. Jude has the perfect voice and delivery for this. The podcast has really helped me to improve my meditation skills. Thanks!
