Quick but Applicable Advice
When I first became a landlord it was a little hard to find good resources for the average day-to-day business advice. A lot of other landlord podcasts seemed to be focused on how to grow and maximize profits..but this show is entirely focused on the day-to-day life as a landlord. Ben, the host, will give really really quick tips and advice on a day-to-day life as a landlord. Honestly sounds like he will come across something in his business and think, “I should talk about this on the show”.Thank you Ben!
This gets right to the point.
Great resource for beginners. He discusses very helpful concrete strategies that can be used immediately. I find the episodes helpful and honest.
