These short meditations are perfect for me as I have an extremely busy schedule. Life can get a bit stressful at times, but when I pause to listen to these podcasts it’s extremely relaxing and makes it easy to clear my mind.

These meditations are quick but powerful. During these stressful times we live in, we need time to center. These meditations do just that - and in just about 5 minutes time which is something even the busiest of us can afford to take for ourselves.

I’ve started doing these meditations every day, as soon as I get to work. They are really helping to slow down my thoughts and bring some calm to the day. Excellent podcast!
Perfect for my busy schedule

I’m a busy Mama of 4 littles with not a lot of time to myself. I’m trying to do more meditating to cope with stress, however, I don’t always have 20 minutes to do a full meditation. This is absolutely PERECT! I love everything about this Podcast and love how it brightens my day.
