We know that most students need help with their Statement of purpose. That’s why we recorded this episode to dive deeper into the process to mindfully and purposefully - ha! ha! - create a statement of purpose!

In this episode, our specialist writer, Varun, breaks down the process used by our consultants to create a statement of purposes for our students. This process has worked time and again!

The 5 steps are:

Story - Write 5 adjectives that describe who you are. Brainstorm the stories/experience from your life that reflects these adjectives.
Outline - Create an outline that emphasizes Readability and Sense of action.
Delivery - How does the tone, voice, and confidence come off from the words you use?
Language - Grammar, quality of words (there’s a surprise here!)
Beta-Test - Measure the message in your statement of purpose compared with the 5 adjectives you listed in Step 1.
