No matter which episode, I can always find some useful information that I can apply directly to my own life. Louise keeps her information real and relevant!!! I highly recommend giving this podcast a try!!

I really wanted to like this podcast as I am a runner in my 40’s, but the episode I listened to was 75% trying to convince people to join the membership and maybe 25% actual content.
I Always learn something

I discovered Louise when she was a guest in n a friends podcast. She’s from my area, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. Although her focus is not on sixty-something, mediocre male athletes, I somehow always find a way to learn something! Well worth the listen.

Thank you for your informative, fun, and amazing podcasts! You have helped me so much. I am able to apply your science based knowledge to my busy life and I see the incredible results.
