This episode I talk to musician and songwriter Ciara Mary Alice Thompson, aka CMAT about the anonymous email address she set up to allow fans of hers to send in their relationship woes, so she could use them as inspiration for her songs. We also chat about bringing humour to her music as a defence mechanism, intrusive questions from journalists (not me, I hope!) and using songwriting as a way to process former relationships. Enjoy!
