My friendship with Timmy Gallagher is one I never thought I would have.  I can't tell you what he does for a living, but I can tell you he deals directly with government and law enforcement at a really high level, was raised in a family full of cops, has served as an officer himself, and has a perspective you've never heard on how everything from the George Floyd tragedy to the invasion of the Capitol building has a common theme.

This conversation is deep and powerful.

Timmy is also working coaching men and women who want to achieve things they never thought they could.  He, himself, is an ultra endurance athlete. 

Basically, he's the ultimate man with a surprisingly sensitive perspective to what manhood is.
