    Relationships as a Teacher Recruiting Tool (w. Peira M.) | 7FMS129

    Relationships as a Teacher Recruiting Tool (w. Peira M.) | 7FMS129

In March of this year, I took part of the Grow team to Brooklyn New York to do some in person planning for the podcast.
I spent a considerable amount of time at Brooklyn Music Factory’s gorgeous studio space.
While there, I had a “stop and chat” with Peira (BMF’s co-owner).
In the course of that conversation, she made some interesting comments about her hiring strategy for Brooklyn Music Factory.
I asked her so many questions and spent a good 15 minutes just picking her brain about how they find great talent to staff their seasonal programs (as well as their year-round programs).
During the conversation, I said: “Man! I wish we had a camera crew here… this whole conversation should just be an episode of the podcast!”
We didn’t record that conversation, but we did the next best thing… We set up a time to talk about it again and elaborate even further on the topic.

Wide-ranging topics

I have learned so much about so much since starting to listen to all the back episodes! Daniel and Nate have inspired my creativity of where I want to take my studio. Now I have a lot of the “how” as well!

Bdougherty90 ,

So helpful!

I run a small one teacher studio, with aspirations of running a bigger one some day. I’ve recently been prioritizing growing my family, and not my studio so much, but there are takeaways from every episode, even just for myself! I love the content and it’s very helpful for my small studio too. Here’s to growing my studio in the future!

SamGoodmanDRMS ,

Most Helpful Podcast!

I started listening to this podcast a few months ago, and it’s completely changed the way I view my business. The advice Daniel and Nate provide is truly invaluable, and has directly led to measurable growth in our studio. I recommend this podcast to any studio owner, no matter how long you’ve been operating!
