As an avid podcast listener, I am impressed with the fun and straightforward conversations Jeff has with groundbreaking entrepreneurs. It’s a front seat to ideas that make life better. If you’re looking to optimize well-being, I wouldn’t sleep on this one.

I have been a Rise you user for a while, and it has really helped me quantify my sleep. I have 3 small kids, and am a small business owner, so sleep hasn’t been a priority. Rise has both shown me the value of sleep as it pertains to my performance, and gives me good metrics on how my sleep is doing. I am now constantly working on my Sleep Debt.
