Blame it on the a-a-a-anxiety. Sadly, we can all relate to using our anxiety as reasons why we cannot do things we love! In this episode, I brought on Dr. Sadeh to help guide the conversation of what anxiety is, how to decipher between anxious moments and pathological anxiety, and what are the common misconceptions to this mental health issue.
