In this episode Iesha Green, a 5th grade classroom practitioner & Teach Plus Arkansas Policy Fellow, talks about the importance of dismantling systems in order to create change.
Iesha Green is an Arkansas native. She has been in education for 10 years, 5 years in ECE & 5 years in 5th grade. She studied undergrad at the U of A where she triple majored in Psychology, Sociology, and African and African American Studies. She also holds a MAT from UCA & an M.Ed in Educational Equity. She is passionate about all things related to education and is currently working on a kid’s book series called “The Wolfpack,” which follows the adventures of 4 Black middle school boys.
