Captivating.
Having just returned from Ireland and a tour of the Dublin Jameson facility I stumbled on this excellent podcast that has filled in many of my questions stoked by the excellent tour guide. I was looking for a history of Irish whiskey book when I found this. Having always been a Kentucky Bourbon enthusiast I’m enjoying branching out and learning about the Irish distillation process.
Very interesting
I enjoyed both seasons. I have been a big fan of Irish Whiskey since my first taste in 1966. I hope you will continue the series. Some information about the small distilleries would great.
2nd season is really good
I did not enjoy (or finish) season 1. The re-enactment thing just didn’t grab me. But the second season of interviews is really good! Hope there will be more!
