A Strange Coincidence

Seeing Red A True Crime Podcast

This week we take a look at the concept of coincidences in true crime...

Our first case takes us to the Aviemore Station Hotel in the Scottish Highlands. When fire ripped through the hotel in 1950, it ended in tragedy. The community was rocked to its core. And when history repeated itself forty five years later, people were left asking whether this was merely a coincidence, or whether something more sinister was at play...

Our second case takes us to the bustling Birmingham suburb of Erdington. In 1974 a 20-year-old nurse went missing in eerily similar circumstances to a previous missing person's case more than a hundred years hence... Could it be that the two cases were related?
