    Work to detox every week to keep your systems working well and Ph balanced

    Everything, including your body, is a system and must be treated as such

    Companies will never stop polluting until they can make money with alternatives

    Eat as clean as possible and drink lemon water daily to improve overall health

    Some pharmaceutical companies have roots in oil & chemical companies

    Chemicals in food, air and water can accumulate and overload the body

    Movement helps your body get rid of toxins and keeps you limber

    Feeling ill or like you're coming down with something can signal that you need to detox

    Keeping chemicals out of the body is best so choose what you put into it carefully

    We must preserve the right to choose what we put into our body...

    There are state and federal bills being introduced that will affect your health and freedoms

    Health laws aren't always good and some of them are not created for the good of the patient

    What if you were asked to eat or take something you're allergic to? What if it could hurt you?

    Picture somebody mandating that you take the very thing that could harm or even kill you!

    We have rights and are supposed to be protected by HIPPA, Informed Consent and other laws

    Take a look at the NVIC website to see what health bills are being considered in your state or city

    Don't just take the word of "experts" on TV about any medical procedure or remedy. Research it.

    All humans should retain the right to refuse medical treatments, especially if they can harm them

    We must oppose bills that would negate exemptions and fight to retain our health freedom rights

    To force everyone to partake in any medical protocol goes against our rights as human beings

    There are currently thousands of lawsuits in the United States fighting against forced protocols

    The bills that are up for consideration give companies and organizations the rights to your body

    If passed, many of these bills will take away our right to choose what is best for our own health

    I refuse to give my personal rights or info to total strangers only to have them use it against me!

    Maintaining our health freedom is the only way we can retain bodily autonomy & right to choose!

    Test and Retest

    It's very important to retake health tests and question their accuracy...



    This video is not meant to diagnose, cure or treat any health condition, disease or disorder

    It's always best to get tested more than once when trying to pinpoint an illness in the body

    You can ask your doctors for additional bloodwork and tests they may not even mention to you

    If your doc won't run bloodwork for things you want, you can use a private company for them

    Your insurance will cover follow-up testing in as little as 30 days when monitoring certain issues

    Listen to the video for my story on how my bloodwork results showed big swings and patterns

    Once-a-Year blood tests are not enough to diagnose medical issues or determine protocols

    Get your tests done by a reputable Co/Dr who handles it properly in a controlled environment

    All tests, including the current C19 testing can be "off" due to poor handling and calibrations

    You may want to ask questions about the tests, their accuracy and how they actually work 

    A single test doesn't determine illness so be sure to get a second opinion and additional tests

    Don't give up your rights and ability to think for yourself - Do your own research - Ask questions

    Track and keep copies of all of your results and don't just rely on your doctor or on-line vaults!

    Here are just a few takeaways from my mental wellbeing video... 



    This video is not meant to diagnose or treat mental illness, clinical depression or other disorders

    First, nutrition is crucial for brain health and what you eat matters so be sure to eat properly

    Even when we watch what we eat and incorporate lotsa veggies, we still may need extra vitamins

    Watch out for chemicals in food, air, water and items you purchase and minimize them where you can

    Fresh air and exercise are very important for mental health and wellbeing so be sure to get enough

    Be careful about what you watch, see or consume on TV, Social Media and other info sources

    Negative shows and news can be very detrimental to your mental wellbeing so don't watch them

    Don't get caught up in your own little bubble or one side of things as this creates a negative loop

    Don't depend on one source of information or one viewpoint and open your mind to possibilities

    A spiritual connection to something good, a higher energy, God or the creator is very important

    Try meditation to tap into a higher version of yourself and to reach a higher vibration for inspiration

    It's not healthy to shut down discussions, ideas, opinions and it's important to expand your mind

    If at any time you feel depressed or hopeless, please seek the help of a health care professional

    Wellness Coaching Interview

    Join Theresa Marie and I as we discuss all things wellness and beyond!  It's always fun to speak to another coach and compare notes on how to improve overall wellbeing especially in trying times.  It's not unusual to have ups and downs in tumultuous times, but we must learn to control the stress to stay healthy.

    Learn several easy ways you can move your body without going to the gym and which supplements are crucial for maintaining good health.  Our food and soil just aren't as fortified as they used to be so it's very important to make up for any lost nutrients. I go over a few of the most important vitamins we have to be sure we're getting in the video.

    We also discuss how to improve your mood and feel better from the inside out especially when you're alone. For many of us, it's difficult to keep our minds from wandering or thinking about the negative which can have a detrimental effect on our mental state. Theresa and I go over some great ways to overcome momentary depressive feelings so you can raise your vibration at any time. You'll be surprised to find out that dehydration plays a role in many of these issues and how a simple glass of electrolyte water can help boost your mood and decrease brain fog.

    Last, but not least, we go over how we coach others and "peel back the onion" to find out some of the internal root causes to many issues and life challenges. We all have a personality type, root emotions and beliefs that can be tapped into to overcome outside circumstances.  Getting in tune with and making adjustments to our inner self and self talk can really help us live a happier, healthier life.  If you don't feel good on the inside, you can't be good on the outside!

    Stay positive and use uplifting "I am" phrases to maintain a solid wellness foundation!  Some of my favorites are..."I am healthy" ~  " I am strong" ~ "I am successful"... and so on.  Just try not to claim anything you DON'T want in thoughts and words or it just might come true!

    World Wellness or What

    Worldwide Wellness or What?

    Some takeaways from this video about Worldwide Wellness...



    There seems to be a shift moving us towards a more global world view on all things wellness

    Do your own research on everything using alternative search engines and sources to find truth

    Many medical professionals all over the world are putting together information you need to hear

    Expand your reach and gain a better perspective by not watching the main stream news

    Informed consent, right to try and freedom to take vitamins & supplements is being threatened

    Your health is important and you must retain your right to protect it as you see fit is God given

    Some world plans for wellness sound good, but the ways they want to get there can be harmful

    There are always several different ways that can be combined to achieve the desired outcome

    Many doctors are being censored, fact checked and taken down from social media outlets

    We should be able to openly discuss all possibilities, opinions and perspectives to solve issues

    When I see things being pushed in a forceful way using fear tactics, I have to ask what & why

    Everyone is different and we should always have the choice of what we put into our body

    Each country pushing world wellness views might be breaking human rights rules and laws

    Follow the funds, connect the dots, investigate the companies and look into the people involved

    Do they really have our best interest in mind when they won't give us all of the information?

    What are they hiding/not telling us? Why are they taking away choices? What's the real agenda?

    The people pushing their version of worldwide wellness may be doing more harm than good.

    Stay safe, strong and sovereign. You have the right to informed consent and wellness your way!
