Humble Leadership

This team of three experts discusses relevant, controversial, and typical managerial topics from a servant leader position. Although they are highly skilled with many years of experience, they are seeking to know and understand the best leadership approaches to today’s divisive workplaces. It was refreshing to hear the exchange of ideas in a format that engages mind and heart, especially as we all seek to better the workplace using old and new methods of engagement.

It was okay for a first episode.

The woman in the episode was fantastic! The thing that bothered me was that one of the guys didn’t know the the difference between being satisfied and being energized about going to work. I’m not sure why it bothered me so much except for the fact that people who are in charge of the culture of their work should know the difference between the two.
