Addiction

In this episode I wanted to dive into addiction.  I've battled with it through gambling so I wanted to talk about my struggles cause I feel like it's something everyone can relate to.  If you haven't had any first hand problems with addiction I'm sure you know someone!  I also brought on a friend to talk about substance addiction who is in recovery now.  We talk about his ups and downs with addiction.  Also what recovery looks like and how to go about getting to that place.  Give it a listen, share it, or reach out to someone that might take something out of it!
