Life Changing Support & Education

I have attended a number of Michael’s live workshops - Alive!, Time Management, Mind Mapping. And with every one, I learn new tips and usable action plans that help me to navigate my day-to-day as a Hunter-type. He freely shares his personal experience as a Hunter-type and the experiences of those of us with ADHD that he has helped throughout his years. These podcasts are invaluable to me as well - there is one for every pain point that I may experience on a given day. I highly recommend Michael’s workshops and podcasts if you are wanting help and ideas about how to manage as an ADHD neurological type!

This podcast has been an inspiration to me and has already changed how I approach my life and time. I started a couple weeks ago and have heard several episodes. A couple of them twice and at a slower speed bc I really want to take in the specifics. The practical straightforward tips are great! I started using them right away. I am most grateful for the generosity and genuine caring for others that comes through. Sincerely helpful. Thank you for doing this podcast.
Changed my life!!

My Perspective As A Mental Health Care Professional
29/02/2024
I am a mental health care professional who has ADHD and overall I really like this podcast. I love the underlying philosophy of the book that this podcast revolves around, that being that ADHD isn’t a disorder, but rather, an evolution of a hunter mindset. My only “complaint” for lack of a better word, is that sometimes they make clinical claims about ADHD that aren’t true. The hosts are very insightful and obviously speak from experience, but I wish that they would stick strictly to experience instead of talking about the clinical aspects such as testing, diagnostic criteria, etc. You really need an education in mental health care to be able to fully speak about ADHD in an clinically accurate way.
A fan and a student

This podcast is clear and concise. The topics covered are relatable and his tools are easy to apply to real life. Anyone can use these , not just hunter types. The idea of being a hunter type sounds so confident.

The beginning of something lifechanging
08/01/2022
I have ADHD, and as I type this, I'm literally only halfway through my first episode from this show, and I had to pause to write this. THIS PODCAST IS LIFECHANGING. I am in the middle of my biggest burnout and feeling overwhelmed with daunt, and the wisdom and encouragement I’ve received in the last 35 minutes has totally wrecked me in the best way. I’m recognizing that while I’m super empathetic and understanding towards basically every human I meet, I don’t practice self-empathy. And that’s where I want to start this year - but now equipped with a new perspective and tools to experiment with thanks to this podcast! I can’t wait to dive in deeper!
Good podcast, eye opening.

Late diagnosis. Not understanding why my mind could not focus and I was involved in countless projects at once. I was actually saddened and hurt to see people being able to achieve. I could have been super wealthy many times over... but it’s not too late . I want to be a mentor or mentee to a ADHD support group since coaching is not available. Please contact Me
Life-changing and affirming.

Wow, I am 33 years old and have never been diagnosed. I found this podcast after my partner suggested I look into adult ADD, because he has seen symptoms in me for years. I feel so affirmed, seen, and understood. Thank you for presenting this information and these strategies in such an immensely helpful way, and for encouraging us to view these conditions through the lens of their unique gifts and opportunities.
