It’s garbage day already?

William Curb, you have a new fan! Me :) I was listening to your 1/6/25 podcast about making one’s smart phone more friendly … when you spoke about setting a reminder to take out the garbage I jumped up laughing! Too late today but reminder and new APP Alarmed has ‘nag me’ clicked✅ Look forward to listening to all your Podcasts and sharing it with fellow ADHD’rs! It’s full of pertinent info and your voice is easy going and not on hyper speed, thank you!! Your new devotee, Cinde Lou Who

I listen to this podcast at the beginning of every day to get in the right mindset. My favorite part about this podcast is they are short and sweet, to the point. Also, majority of tools can be implemented immediately which can be very rewarding.
You speak my language

I understand exactly what you are saying and it’s my style of communication. Brief intro of what to expect, then dive in and leave room for thought, explaining everything you’re talking about, reminders to be kind to myself, and concluding with bullet points and where to find notes from each show. This is a gift.
I have my life back…

I was diagnosed a year ago at the age of 21 with combined type ADHD. No one in my immediate family has ADHD (diagnosed at least) so this means a ton of navigating on my own. I found hacking your ADHD by randomly searching one day and I say this with confidence that I have my life back. I no longer feel alone in this and I realized that I’m not stupid or not smart as other people I just have a unique way of processing information!! This podcast has helped me SO SO much and I listen multiple times each week. After learning tips from this podcast I’m not managing my finances better, maintaining healthier relationships, and becoming an advocate for my ADHD and fighting against my own stereotypes and negative self talk. THANK YOU!!!
TY!! The best of the BENEFICIAL BEST!

Out of all the many podcasts regarding ADHD with ADULTS, (not only those diagnosed later in life, unlike myself at age 14-16), yours has been honestly life changing. LIFE CHANGING. I appreciate you and all the guests you carefully select. You hear this often..I am sure about that. However please hear it again. Continue all you do. No need to further too much to spread yourself either. Bc this right here does wonders. I thank you. Also- as you know, a lot of other variable go into selection of a chosen podcast. One being the actual host of course. Their voice humor intelligence and most importantly there ability to realistically RELATE. You often demonstrate that by your selection in episodes but more so in your ‘perfect’ responses and answers to all those you have on your episode “interviewing” in convo. That I’m so appreciative of as it’s extremely beneficial. It prevents disinterest and allows one to stay with you as your words usually are exactly what I am thinking at that moment (after a guest speaks etc.) Well hope this ramble like thanks reaches you. All my continued love!! Kimberly

I want SO BADLY to love this podcast. I’m desperately wanting to find a relevant to me ADHD podcast…but can you please talk slower? Its incredibly helpful and informative, but I can’t get past that and cannot concentrate.
Great podcast!

I really like this podcast! I love that they are short and sweet. They are perfect for my attention span. Great tips and advice!
Update: thanks for recognizing and being accountable

Update: I’m impressed that you listened to feedback and immediately changed course, thank you. Great but you really lost me on this last episode where the guest compares inflation in the gut to undocumented immigrants. Maybe try to get guests who don’t have the bottomline of selling a product or idea to our community.
Favorite Podcast!

This is my all time favorite podcast. I recently discovered I have ADHD and prior to my diagnoses I found this podcast to be incredibly cathartic! Especially the creativity episode with Saman Kesh! I love that these shows are relatively short too and that William summarizes the learnings at the end. He really understands his audience ;) I get a kick out of the dad joke too. I’m still a hot mess express but I’m slowly figuring it all out thanks to people like William!
